5.OOPM Opening Ceremony Flag

5.05pm Game: Firefly tag nil

One Joey is it, must catch the others, as caught, they become

"fireflies" too until all caught.

5.09pm Game: Save the firefly (Stick in the mud) nil

Joeys are fireflies & can only go when not stuck

5.12pm Activity: Think up all the animals that buzz & or glow nil

Eg: bees, flies, honey birds, glowfish, etc

5.15pm Drinks

5.25pm Story: Zop, King of the Fireffitters

5.30pm Craft: Make firefly picture Black card

Black cardboard. Using glow in the dark paint, ordinary glue & Paint

glitter, make a pic of fireflies. Glue/glitter

5.40pm Activity: Mime. Like the fireflitters in the story, joeys take turns nil

forming the shape of something that they really aren't.

5.45m Game: All on one side volleyball. Balloon

All players on one side of the line, must take turns hitting Chalk/

a balloon then run to other side, last one bats it over the net

line & the team repeats....

5.50pm Game: regular volleyball. Balls

Using balls, hit the ball over the line. Remember care &
