Crab Relay:

Joeys are put into  teams of about 4. A witch’s hat is placed 7 metres away, the Joeys crab walk up to and around the witches hat and back to their group. This is repeated until all Joeys have had a turn, the first group to finish wins.

Three legged race:

The Joeys are placed into groups of 6. Joeys find a partner. Their legs are tied together with a scarf or material. They walk up to the witches hat 10 metres away and back to their team. They keep going to all have had a turn.

Pet Sheep:

The Joeys make sheep using toilet rolls as bodies and gluing cotton wool on for wool. Icy pole sticks are used for legs, they make a face from paper and glue that on also.

Egg and spoon race:

The Joeys are put into equal groups, they are given a plastic spoon and a ball made from paper. There is a bucket placed about 10 metres away at the end of each line, the Joeys are to run up to the bucket and place the paper ball into it and then run back to the end of the line. They keep going until the time limit has been reached, the team with the most paper balls in their bucket wins. (If paper ball falls the Joey must leave it down and return to the end of the line.)

Chinese whispers:

The Joeys are put into 2 groups of about 10, they all sit in a circle and the leader starts by whispering something in the first Joeys ear, the message is passed around the circle from the Joey to Joey, the last Joey says out loud what he/she heard.
