The Mob Holiday Form, is to be filled out for all overnight activities, including sleepovers in the hall to sleepovers away from the Group HQ.

You must fill the form in and send it to Region Office for the RC Joey Scouts to sign.

you will recieve the approval section back before you can have the sleepover.
