5.00pm Opening Ceremony All

Welcome all our new friends

5.05p-m Game: Find the Snake Kiara

Divide joeys in 3 even teams. Line up for a relay. The first person in each team runs to the chair with a tray on it, which is filled with flour and snakes. The Joey must try to find the snake in the tray without using their hands.

5.15pm Game: Circle Chase Kirrang

Joeys form a circle. One is chosen to start and is given a baton. All the others sit with their hands behind their backs. The Joey with the baton then walks around the circle and places the baton in the hands of another. That Joey must chase the other and try to tag them before he gets back to their spot.

5.20pm Craft: Spider Clip Boards All

Using black plastic plates for the body, Black crepe paper for the legs and a smaller black cardboard circle for the head assemble as a spider. Glue 2 pegs on it to use as the note clip. Attached a piece of

wool/string on it to hang it up.

5.45pm Game: Sea Shells Yara

Joeys form two or three even teams and each are given a bucket. A line of seashells is placed in front of them. (Bottle tops are used if you can't get your hands on that many shells). On go the first Joey goes and collects the shells and bring them back to their team. The next has to put them back out again.

5.50pm Game: Spider Tunnels Kirrang

Joeys form even teams. The Joey in front must wriggle through the legs of their teanunates on their tummies to the end of the line and stand up at the back. The next Joey wriggles through and so on. Leave about Y2metre between each Joey.

6.00pm Close Yara Thank all for coming and we hope they return.
