Water Activities - Boat Certificate Form

All watercraft used in Scouting activities must

To ensure the safety of members and to protect the interests of the Scout Association the requirement exists for all watercraft owned and used by the Scout Association in its activities to be surveyed and recertified on an annual basis.  This inspection can be completed by the appropriate Boating Instructors qualified for that particular type of craft.

When registered the watercraft should display the current registration sticker (green in colour), which is available from the Region Office.  Details of registered craft should be forwarded to the region office, by either confirming details on the list attached or by completing the no.A3 Boat Certificate form.

This is a NSW form (no. A3) and can be downloaded from the Branch website by clicking the following link.
